BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 50A

This Part does not apply in relation to licences allocated under section 38C or subsection 40(1)

                   This Part does not apply in relation to:

                     (a)  a commercial television broadcasting licence; or

                     (b)  a commercial radio broadcasting licence;

if the licence was allocated under section 38C or subsection 40(1).
