CIVIL AVIATION (CARRIERS' LIABILITY) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 1

  1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Carriers' Liability) Amendment Act 1991 .

  (2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Civil Aviation (Carriers' Liability) Act 1959 .
