COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 9
Ombudsman may determine that complaint should not be
investigated
9. Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in
subparagraph
(1)(b)(i) ", trivial" after "frivolous".
