COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 - SECT 26
Application of Ordinance where Trust continues to operate one Market
If the Trust enters into an agreement in accordance with section 20 that
relates to rights, property or assets of the Trust in relation to one only of
the Markets managed and controlled by the Trust, Parts III, IV, V and VI of
the Ordinance apply only in relation to the Market that the Trust continues to
manage and control.
