CANBERRA WATER SUPPLY (GOOGONG DAM) ACT 1974 - SECT 2

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Sections 3, 4 and 5 shall be deemed to have had effect from and including 17 October 1973.
