DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 118

                   A person is guilty of an offence if:

                     (a)  the person induces another person to enlist or engage to serve in any naval, military or air force; and

                     (b)  the raising of that force has not been authorised by or under this Act or another Act.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 6 months.
