DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE ACT 1982 - SECT 178D

Regulations relating to detention centres

                   The regulations may make provision for or in relation to:

                     (a)  the remission of punishments of detention of detainees; and

                     (b)  the conduct and administration of detention centres.
