DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1983 - SECT 33A

                   If a process is addressed to the Director and personal service would be effective, then service within the State or Territory in which the process was issued or filed, on the following persons, in person, is also effective:

                     (a)  a member of the staff of the Office who is a legal practitioner;

                     (b)  if an arrangement has been made under section 32 with respect to that State or Territory--an AGS lawyer (within the meaning of section 55I of the Judiciary Act 1903 ) authorised in writing by the Chief Executive Officer of the AGS (within the meaning of Part VIIIB of that Act).
