DEFENCE RESERVE SERVICE (PROTECTION) ACT 2001 - SECT 19

             (1)  A person who is a partner in a partnership must not hinder or prevent another partner in the partnership from:

                     (a)  volunteering to render defence service; or

                     (b)  rendering defence service.

             (2)  A person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty:    30 penalty units.
