DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1986 - SECT 14K

                   The Minister must ensure that, at intervals of not more than 5 years, a review is conducted of the extent to which a State or an eligible organisation that has received a grant of financial assistance under this Part in respect of the provision of an eligible service, an employment service or an advocacy service has fulfiled the terms and conditions on which the grant was made.
