DEFENCE SERVICE HOMES ACT 1918 - SECT 38F

Reinsurance

                   The Commonwealth may enter into a contract or arrangement with an insurer to ensure that money will be available to assist in meeting its liabilities under insurances undertaken by it under this Part.
