ENERGY GRANTS (CREDITS) SCHEME ACT 2003 - SECT 39

Rail vehicle

                   The expression rail vehicle means a train, tram or any other vehicle operating on rails.


 

   

Note:       The credits concerned relate predominantly to on‑road activities although in some cases arise for off‑road activities
