FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 - SECT 11

Constitution of Commission

             (1)  The Commission consists of:

                     (a)  the Chairperson of the Commission; and

                     (b)  the other part-time commissioners; and

                     (c)  the CEO.

             (2)  There must be no more than 8 part-time commissioners (including the Chairperson).
