FRINGE BENEFITS TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1986 - SECT 37AG

                   To avoid doubt, sections 37AE and 37AF do not prevent a fringe benefit in relation to an employer arising under any provision of this Act where the employer is not the provider of the benefit.
