Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The total amount of farm household support paid to a person by way of loan before the commencement of this section, to the extent that it had not already been repaid to the Commonwealth or converted into a grant before that commencement, is converted into a grant by force of this section.
(2) This section does not affect the operation of section 56.
