Farm household support, exceptional circumstances relief payment, dairy exit payments and farm help scheme payments to be inalienable
Farm household support, exceptional circumstances relief payment,
dairy exit payments and farm help scheme payments are inalienable, whether by
way of, or in consequence of, sale, assignment, execution, charge, bankruptcy
or otherwise.
