FOREIGN JUDGMENTS ACT 1991 - SECT 2

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Section 21 commences at the end of 4 months after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
