FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 129

Constitution of Panel for exercise of powers

                   For the purpose of a particular review, the Panel is to be constituted by:

                     (a)  the Principal Member; and

                     (b)  2 members selected by the Principal Member.
