FAIR WORK ACT 2009 - SECT 669

Minister to consult the President

                   The Minister must consult the President before:

                     (a)  a person is appointed as the General Manager under section 660; or

                     (b)  terms and conditions are determined under section 667; or

                     (c)  a person is appointed to act as the General Manager under section 668.
