HEALTH AND OTHER SERVICES (COMPENSATION) ACT 1995 - SECT 6

Crown to be bound

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in all its capacities.

             (2)  Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in any of its capacities liable to be prosecuted.
