HEALTH AND OTHER SERVICES (COMPENSATION) ACT 1995 - SECT 6A

                   Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note:          Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.

Note 2:    The obligations under this Division may be affected by the operation of Part 3.14 of the Social Security Act 1991 (see section 27).
