HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988 - SECT 106Z

Indebtedness discharged by death

                   Upon the death of a person who owes a debt (other than an HEC assessment debt) to the Commonwealth under this Chapter, the debt is taken to have been paid.
