INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 94

Trustee of designated security trust fund not to be treated as carrying on insurance business

                   To avoid doubt, the trustee of a designated security trust fund is not guilty of an offence against section 9 or 10 only because the trustee does an act in the capacity of trustee.
