Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary of the Department may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ) for the services of officers or employees in the Agency to be made available for the purposes of assessing chemicals under this Act.
(2) While a person is performing services under an arrangement under this section, that person shall perform his or her functions and duties in accordance with the directions of the Director and not otherwise.
