INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 59

An application made before the commencement under section 171C, 171D, 171E or 171G of the previous Act that had not been finally dealt with before the commencement shall, after the commencement, be dealt with, in spite of Division 2 of this Part, as if it had been made under section 258, 259, 260 or 257, as the case may be, of the Industrial Relations Act.
