INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 69
Recovery of wages etc.
A proceeding under section 123 of the previous Act that, before the
commencement, had not been completed shall, after the commencement, be dealt
with, in spite of Division 2 of this Part, as if the previous Act had not
been repealed.
