INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS (LOANS GUARANTEE) ACT 1969 - SECT 8

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), the Minister shall, as soon as practicable after 31 December in each year, cause a report containing particulars of the guarantees that have been given under this Act during that year, and of any payment made during that year under any guarantee given under this Act, to be laid before each House of the Parliament.

(2)

The first report by the Minister after the commencement of this section shall relate to the period commencing on 1 July 1984 and ending on 31 December 1985.
