LANDS ACQUISITION (REPEAL ANDCONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1989 - SECT 13
Certificates as to ownership of land
- (1)
- In this section, certificate means a certificate under subsection 17(1) of
the Commonwealth Places (Application of Laws) Act 1970 .
- (2)
- A certificate
admitted in evidence in proceedings before the repeal of the 1955 Act has the
same effect after the repeal of that Act as it would have had if the Act had
not been repealed.
