LAW ENFORCEMENT INTEGRITY COMMISSIONER ACT 2006 - SECT 9
Corruption issue that relates to a law enforcement agency
For the purposes of this Act, a corruption issue relates to a
law enforcement agency if the corruption issue relates to corrupt conduct of a
person as a staff member of the agency.
