LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 - SECT 16

                   Except for the purposes of Part 7, the question whether:

                     (a)  one body corporate is a subsidiary of another; or

                     (b)  one body corporate is related to another;

is to be determined, in the same way as it would be determined under the Corporations Act 2001 .
