Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Migration Agents Registration Authority makes a mandatory decision in relation to a registered migration agent, the Authority or the Secretary may inform one or more of the clients of the agent about any one or more of the following:
(a) the making of the mandatory decision;
(b) the making of the referral decision that resulted in the making of the mandatory decision;
(c) whether or not the agent has applied for review of the referral decision or the mandatory decision;
(d) the status of any such review.
(3) In this section:
"client" has the meaning given by section 306C.
