MARRIAGE ACT 1961 - SECT 88

Imperial Foreign Marriage Acts

                   This Act shall not be taken to repeal or amend the Imperial Acts known as the Foreign Marriage Acts, 1892 and 1934, in so far as those Acts are part of the law of the Commonwealth.
