MIGRATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 29A

Offences in relation to escaping from custody

                   Section 66A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (3) "or (1A)" and substituting ", (1A) or (1B)".
