MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 149

Membership of Authority

                   Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended:

                     (a)  by omitting paragraph (1)(d);

                     (b)  by inserting in paragraph (1)(e) "up to" before "4 other directors".
