MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 5

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each of the States, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

             (2)  This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.

Subdivision A--Nomination of Newco
