MILITARY SUPERANNUATION AND BENEFITS ACT 1991 - SECT 49

Amendments to Trust Deed disallowable under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003

                   Despite section 44 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 , section 42 of that Act applies to an instrument amending the Trust Deed.
