NAVIGATION ACT 1912 - SECT 190

                   The Authority may appoint a person who is skilled with regard to:

                     (a)  wooden hulls and equipment, other than radio equipment;

                     (b)  metal hulls and equipment, other than radio equipment;

                     (c)  engines, boilers and machinery;

                     (d)  radio installations; or

                     (e)  radio navigational aids;

to be a surveyor.
