Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by writing under his or her hand, certify that the amendments, other than amendments objected to by Australia, by which the Prevention of Collisions Convention was affected as at such date as is specified in the certificate are set out in, or annexed to, the certificate, and such a certificate is, for all purposes, prima facie evidence of the matters so certified.
