NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 49

             (1)  Subject to this Division, staff of the Service Corporation are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .

             (2)  For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :

                     (a)  the NEPC Executive Officer and the APS employees assisting the NEPC Executive Officer together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

                     (b)  the NEPC Executive Officer is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
