Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who obstructs or hinders an Agency inspector in the performance of a duty or function, or the exercise of a power, under this Act or the regulations is guilty of an offence against this subsection punishable, upon conviction, by imprisonment for not more than 2 years.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be taken to affect the operation of section 147.1 or 149.1 of the Criminal Code to or in relation to the Director or an inspector.
