PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE ACT 1999 - SECT 17A

Application of sections 16 and 17 to the Parliamentary Librarian

                   Sections 16 and 17 apply to the Parliamentary Librarian as if he or she were a Parliamentary Service employee.
