PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP (OIL) ACT 2000 - SECT 2

Commencement [see Note 1]

             (1)  Parts 1, 3 and 4 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Part 2 commences on the later of:

                     (a)  1 January 2001; and

                     (b)  the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
