QUARANTINE ACT 1908 - SECT 84

Maliciously ordering vessel etc. into quarantine

                   A quarantine officer who maliciously orders any vessel, installation or person, or any animal, plant or other goods, into quarantine is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years.
