QUARANTINE ACT 1908 - SECT 86C

                   All quarantine officers who are authorized in that behalf by the regulations or by the Minister are hereby authorized to administer oaths or affirmations and to take declarations in all cases in which any answers to questions asked in pursuance of this Act are by this Act or the regulations required to be verified by oath, affirmation, or declaration.
