RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 13

Crown to be bound

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act binds the Crown in all its capacities.

             (2)  Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
