SPACE ACTIVITIES ACT 1998 - SECT 5

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

Note:          Division 1 of Part 3 does not bind the Commonwealth: see section 16.

             (2)  However, this Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
