SPECIAL BROADCASTING SERVICE ACT 1991 - SECT 2

Commencement [see Note 1]

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences 28 days after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Section 54 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
