STATES GRANTS (ADVANCED EDUCATION) ACT 1976 - SECT 12A

Termination of payments under section 12

                   Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, section 12 does not authorize any payment to a State by way of financial assistance to the State after 31 December 1977.
