SEA INSTALLATIONS ACT 1987 - SECT 39

Permits not evidence of compliance with law

                   The grant of a permit is not evidence, for the purposes of this Act or of any other law of the Commonwealth or of any law of a Territory, of compliance by the holder with this Act or with any other law of the Commonwealth or with any law of a Territory.
