SAFETY, REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 70B

             (1)  Without limiting the generality of section 70, Comcare may form incorporated companies for the purposes of the performance of its functions or for the performance of functions under this Act that may be performed by subsidiaries of Comcare.

             (2)  Section 29 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 does not apply to Comcare in relation to the activities of Comcare subsidiaries under Part VIII or contracts referred to in that Part.
